Using Chime’s in-network ATMs ensures no fees for cash withdrawals. However, transactions at ATMs outside this fee-free network incur a $2.50 fee from Chime. The out-of-network ATM operator may also impose their own surcharge, which varies by machine and location.

Chime sets a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $500. This limit applies to the total amount of cash withdrawn per day, with no restriction on the number of individual transactions, provided the total remains within this daily cap. Individual ATM owners or operators may enforce their own lower per-transaction or daily withdrawal limits. For over-the-counter withdrawals at a bank or credit union, a $2.50 fee also applies, with a daily limit of $500.

If an ATM fails to accept the card, a transaction declines unexpectedly, or the machine runs out of cash, these issues can often be resolved by seeking another in-network ATM or contacting support.
