After obtaining cash, deposit it into your bank account at a branch or an ATM that accepts cash deposits.

Verifying Your Transfer

Transfers through the card issuer’s online portal or app typically process within one to three business days. Your first transfer might take up to five business days for bank account authentication. Third-party service transfers can be quicker, with some offering near-instant processing, though standard times often fall within one to three business days.

To confirm transfer completion, regularly check your prepaid card’s online statement or transaction history and your bank account statement.
