Service Line Coverage covers damage from causes excluded under standard policies, such as wear and tear, corrosion, freezing, tree roots, mechanical breakdown, and vehicle weight. This coverage includes costs for repairing or replacing the damaged line, excavation expenses, and restoring landscaping or driveways disturbed during repair. Coverage limits range from $10,000 to $25,000 per occurrence, with a deductible of $500. The annual premium for this endorsement can be $20 to $50, protecting against expensive repairs that average $3,000 to $4,000 or more.
